The year 2009 came in like a lion and tested many of us in ways we never imagined. Before we swiftly kick it in the ass as it departs, we should reflect on the lessons we’ve learned over the past year that will help guide us in 2010.
 
The major gift 2009 left us was a new sense of GRATITUDE. I have never been more grateful for each of our clients and for our great team at OTW. To our clients, your confidence and commitment in 2009 is so appreciated. Surviving the worst economy in decades has made us even more connected to each of you. We felt your pain, and we felt your success. To our OTW team, thank you for your dedication. We worked harder than ever before, but now we can look ahead to this new year of hope and prosperity.
